The Hub – Hathern

The Hub in Hathern is the heart of The Hub Educational Services CIC and serves as our main administrative and leadership base. It’s a therapeutic and nurturing space where families are supported by our Family Support Worker, Lindsey.  It is also where we can hold private multi-agency meetings, EHCP reviews, and local authority visits in a calm, confidential setting.

As our central site, Hathern is also one of our key learning environments for SEND and alternative provision learners aged 5–16. The building has been carefully designed to be warm, welcoming, and sensory-friendly, helping every learner feel safe and comfortable, a real home-from-home. By encouraging this kind of environment, it helps to reduce anxiety and build trust. We run regular wellbeing and therapy sessions alongside our therapeutic education delivery to ensure that every learner’s emotional and academic needs are met.

The Hub in Hathern is the first point of contact for new referrals, assessments, and initial learner introductions before learners move across our wider Hub network.
